Local Data Processing: All photo scanning, duplicate detection, and cleaning operations are performed entirely on your device. Your photos, videos, and personal media are never uploaded to our servers.
Automatically Collected Information:
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- App version
- General usage statistics (e.g., features used, session duration)
- Crash reports and diagnostic data
2. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information:
Advertising: We use Yodo1 MAS (Managed Ad Services) to serve advertisements within the app. Yodo1 and its ad partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, and general location data to serve personalized or contextual ads. For more information, please visit Yodo1's Privacy Policy.
Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand how users interact with our app. This data is collected in aggregate form and does not personally identify you.
3. Photo & Media Access
Cleaner Hero requires access to your photo library to provide its core functionality (detecting similar photos, identifying large videos, etc.). This access is used exclusively for on-device scanning and is never used to upload or transmit your media files.
4. Data Storage & Security
Since all media processing happens locally on your device, your personal photos and videos are never stored on or transmitted to external servers. Any app preferences or settings are stored locally on your device.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Revoke photo library access at any time through your device settings
- Opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings
- Request information about data collected about you
- Request deletion of any data we may have collected
7. Ad Tracking & Personalization
Our app uses Yodo1 MAS for ad mediation. You can control ad tracking through your device's settings:
- iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to manage app tracking permissions
- You may also enable "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
