1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Cleaner Hero is a mobile application designed to help users manage their device storage by identifying and removing similar photos, duplicate images, large video files, and other unnecessary media content. The App operates entirely on your device and does not upload your personal media to external servers.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of device storage management
- Review items carefully before confirming deletion, as deleted items may not be recoverable
- Grant necessary permissions (photo library access) required for the App to function
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
The App may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
5. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Yodo1 MAS. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App. You can learn more about Yodo1's practices at www.yodo1.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Cleaner Hero and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy or reliability of the App's duplicate detection or file identification features
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
- The ability to recover any files deleted using the App
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cleaner Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos or videos, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Important: Once you confirm deletion of files through the App, those files may be permanently removed from your device. We strongly recommend backing up important files before using cleanup features.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
